The 2008 West Essex Cowboys Football Season is off to head start. Please see the attached cover letter and Football and Cheerleading registration form.

We would like to invite as many new volunteers as possible to help out with many of the tasks that are required to make this program a success for our children, such as helping with the snack bar, providing help with football equipment and the setting up for football practices and games. We welcome parent participation and thank those that already volunteered their time to make this program a success for the children of our community.

COWBOY DAY

Don't forget our Cowboy Day coming up this Friday at Sports University in Fairfield

Sports University will host a "Cowboy Day" exclusively for our kids this Friday (June 27) at their facility in Fairfield, NJ.

The times for the teams are as follow:

D Team 09:00 to 10:00
C Team 10:30 to 11:30
A & B Team 12:00 to 1:30

There is no cost to the Cowboys for this event.

WE strongly urge to take advantage of this offer to see football specific drills, warm-ups, excercises, etc. for your young football player.

Our practices will be:

Week of Aug 18th & Aug 25th

Mon through Thu

5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Once school starts in September, we practice:

Tue, Thu and Fri from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. (occasional Saturday morning practices depending on weather).

All practices are at the Mountain Avenue field in North Caldwell

WEST ESSEX COWBOYS 2007 SEASON VIDEO

Over the course of the last 9 games of the 2007 season we have had a professional photographer film each of our varsity games. He is selling them as a highlight of the season. Upon request he will also edit together season highlights of any specific player if requested for the fee outlined in the order form.
